We are pleased to bring you the very, very raw recording of the Pilot Episode of the Journey On Podcast. Bloopers and all. No edits at all. It is important to note this is not our official premier episode. The premier episode, sans bloopers, will be brought to you in the next week or two. Fret not.

Friend of the show, Susan Davies, was kind enough to lend her story to produce our pilot episode. Susan crushed her weight problems down 40 lbs. Yes, that’s 40 whopping pounds people. Listen in as Susan shares not only her fitness journey, but what it feels like living in a vacation destination and some productivity tips for the working women.

WHAT’S IN THIS EPISODE?

  • Destination overview: Fort Launderdale/South Beach
  • Professional Productivity Tips
  • Susan’s secret to losing 40 lbs

We Appreciate You Immensely

Thank you so much for checking out our pilot episode. Before we produce our fully edited show, with sound edits, no bloopers, listener participation, etc, we wanted to give you a chance to listen to a very raw version of the show. We want your input.

When you are done listening, share with us your thoughts about our segments. The show will be beefed up with our professional commercials and music interludes for our premier episode, but for now we want your feedback on these 3 positions:

  • Show intro/outro music with announcer
  • Show segments: travel, professional tips, games, Q&A and fitness.
  • Most importantly, we want you to take  part in the 3 listener participation segments weekly, do you think you will?

Leave your feedback in the comments below. Once the show is in full production, you will be able to find us on iTunes and other podcast directories for your listening pleasure. We will also provide you a transcript of the show as well.

Lastly, when our premier episode is released, we will have a very special announcement to make. So stay tuned… you are not going to want to miss it.

To make sure you do not miss our premier episode, sign up for our podcast alerts (we will not inundate you with emails, this is solely for podcast alerts):

    1. the pilot episode is the only one with bloopers so far. We plan on doing a blooper reel every now and then. Captiva Island is one of my fave places. Love staying at South Seas. Will have to check out your post and podcast. :-)

  2. I didn’t have enough time to listen to the entire podcast, but I did skim a few parts. Cool conversational format, and very different to share your bloopers with us. Your voices are quite soothing – felt like I was having coffee with friends. On a side note, I’ve been to Fort Lauderdale once, and I had a nice time visiting the beach and trying out a few restaurants.

  3. I am so excited to check out your first podcast. I have been thinking of trying my hand at podcasting and you are motivating me too! I like how to give the links here in the post that go with the podcast too!

  4. I love your voice because it does not sound authoritative or impolite. I like that it has other elements as well like music. The conversation also has a flow that is followed or there is a point being told.

  5. I’m so excited to listen to your first podcast. I’ve been considering exploring doing one myself but for now I’m focusing on YouTube. I can’t wait to check it all out. In listening to your open, I like the zen yet upbeat music. I also like the theme – “journeys” but not just travel, also life journeys. Good luck and I will be in touch.
