So what is considered a wellness vacation? It is not limited to spas and yoga. Wellness Travel is the umbrella for adventure travel, weight loss and detox, hiking, biking and more. It is any vacation that renews you. If your life is busy and hurried , then perhaps you need a wellness vacation that slows you down a bit. Maybe a walking vacation or culinary cruise? If your life is sedentary, then try a more active vacation. Perhaps white-water rafting in Costa Rica.
